Performance Incubation Program (PIP)
1. Headcount Eligibility
- This package is valid for companies with headcount size based on your subscription plan, including all full-time and part-time employees, contract of service, contract for service, general worker, interns, founders, and management staff who are officially on the company’s payroll.
- Excluded from headcount calculation: board of directors, outsourced service personnel.
- The total headcount is calculated across all companies under the same subscription.
2. Annual Turnover Condition
- The package is applicable for companies with an annual turnover range based on your subscription plan.
- If the company’s reported turnover exceeds this limit, vimigo reserves the right to auto-upgrade to the appropriate tier without prior notice.

4. Auto Upgrade Policy
Vimigo reserves the right to upgrade the subscription plan automatically if:
- Actual headcount exceeds the current tier’s limit.
- Annual turnover exceeds the qualifying range.
- Misrepresentation of company information is discovered.
- The companies span multiple industries or business types
5. Setup Fee
- A one-time setup fee of RM2,800 applies for 6-month subscriptions.
- Setup fee is waived for 12-month subscriptions.
6. Program Access Limits
Applicable to MX Circle only:
- vimigo FOR CEO: Includes 2 fixed participants with unlimited repeated access; additional pax subject to ala carte price RM 5,280/pax.
- vimigo FOR TEAM: Includes 2 fixed participants with unlimited repeated access; additional pax subject to ala carte price RM 4,800/pax.
- CVO Program: 16 online coaching classes (Level 1-3) , Includes 2 fixed participants with unlimited repeated access; additional pax subject to ala carte price RM 580/pax.
Applicable to all Performance Incubation Program Tiers:
- All participants must register individually using their NRIC. Venue fees apply per participant, per session.
- All participants are entitled to unlimited session attendance throughout the subscription period.
- Vimigo FOR CEO: Each attendance is subject to a Venue Fee of RM 980 per pax per session.
- Vimigo FOR TEAM: Each attendance is subject to a Venue Fee of RM 480 per pax per session.
- Substitution of participants is not allowed unless formally approved in writing by ADEV Ventures Sdn Bhd (vimigo).
7. Non-Refundable Terms
- All payments, including setup and program fees, are non-refundable once the onboarding process begins.
8. License Usage
- This package includes a license to use Vimigo Software Pro (Performance, Reward, and HRMS modules) and participate in the performance incubation program. The license is valid for internal use by the subscribing company or companies operating under the same service line only.
- Software and program access are valid only during the active subscription period.
- Usage outside of the subscription term or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
9. Group Company Policy
- Group or holding companies with multiple business entities may share one subscription only if all entities operate within the same industry or service line.
- If the companies operate in different industries (e.g., manufacturing, F&B, retail), each industry must subscribe separately.
- Example: A group with a manufacturing unit, two restaurants, and a retail outlet must subscribe to three separate subscriptions.
- The annual turnover limit is based on the total combined sales of all companies under the same group or ownership.
10. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made before onboarding and program access are granted.
- Additional charges (e.g., extra pax, venue fees) are billed separately as incurred.
11. Audit & Compliance
- Clients must provide accurate company information.
- Vimigo reserves the right to request documentation or perform audits to ensure compliance with licensing and usage terms.
12. Changes to Terms
- All terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of ADEV Ventures Sdn Bhd (vimigo) without prior notice.
vimigo FOR CEO
1. New Participants
- Course Fee: RM5,280/pax
- Fee includes:Venue access, meals, training materials, and workbook.
- Refundable if cancelled at least 1 day before the event date.
- Not refundable if the participant is absent for the full 3-day session without prior notice.
- Not refundable for date changes made after the event.
- Max 3-times reschedule is allowed, must be requested before the event date.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied after Day 1, request a full refund by end of Day 1 — valid only if you do not continue to Day 2 or 3.
2. vimigo Performance Incubation Program Customers / Revision Participants
- To pay venue fee only: RM980/pax per session (no course fee applied)
- Fee includes: venue access, meals, training materials, and workbook.
- Not refundable if the participant is absent for the full 3-day session without prior notice.
- Not refundable for date changes made after the event.
- Max 3-times reschedule is allowed, must be requested before the event date.
- MX Circle customers include up to 2 pax only — additional participants must purchase at A La Carte price RM5,280/pax for first-time registration then RM980/pax per session for future revision access (venue fee only).
3. Previously Promised Customers (Free Lifetime Revision)
- Entitled to free revision access
- Optional Meals & Workbook:
- With Meal: RM300 (voids RM300 deposit)
- Without Meal: RM300 refundable deposit to reserve seat
- Add-on Workbook: RM80/book
4. Lifetime Revision Transition Policy
- Customers who joined before subscribing to the Performance Incubation Program are still entitled to free lifetime revision (based on IC registration).
- Once upgraded to the Performance Incubation Program, the previous lifetime revision benefit ends — but companies enjoy:
- Unlimited attendance for all registered team members (10MX / 100MX / 1B Circle programs)
- Up to 2 pax for MX Circle program (additional pax must purchase A La Carte)
- Even after upgrading, you can still join any revision session at just RM980/pax (venue fee) — no limit to how many sessions you can attend.
- MX Circle program: Access includes up to 2 pax only. Additional team members must purchase separately at A La Carte price.
5. SST Notice
- All prices include SST except refundable seat deposit
vimigo FOR TEAM 2.0 (VFT)
1. Participant Eligibility
- A La Carte Purchasers (RM36,800/company)
- Unlimited Lifetime Attendance
- Once a company is purchased, all employees are entitled to attend unlimited future sessions of VFT 2.0 with only the cost of venue fee.
- Venue Fee Applies per Session
- Each session attended will incur a Venue Fee of RM480/pax, which includes:
- Venue access
- Training materials
- Workbook

- Registration by NRIC
- Each participant must register using their IC/NRIC number to track eligibility and attendance.
- Unlimited Lifetime Attendance
- Performance Incubation Program Subscribers (MX, 10MX, 100MX, 1B)
- Unlimited Access for Eligible Pax
- MX Circle Plan: Includes access for 2 named participants only. Each year upon renewal, you may register 2 new participants. Any additional participants beyond this must purchase at A La Carte price (RM4,800/pax).
- 10MX, 100MX, 1B Plans: Entitled to unlimited participant access during the subscription period (registrant-based via NRIC).
- Venue Fee Applies per Session
- All participants attending VFT 2.0 must pay RM480/pax per session for venue, materials, and workbook.
- Registration by NRIC
- Each participant must register using their IC/NRIC number to track eligibility and attendance.
- Unlimited Attendance During Subscription
- Participants may attend multiple sessions throughout the active subscription period (no session cap).
- Unlimited Access for Eligible Pax
2. Venue & Fee
- All participants attending VFT 2.0 must pay RM480/pax per session for venue, materials, and workbook.
- The event is not providing lunch and dinner, participants may order food delivery or go to a nearby restaurant.
- Course fee includes: venue access, training materials, and workbook.
- 100% HRDF Claimable for eligible companies.
3. Registration by NRIC
- Each participant must register using their IC/NRIC number for verification and access rights.
4. Attendance Policy
- Full attendance (5 days) is recommended for maximum benefit.
- Participants must notify vimigo at least 5 working days in advance for any reschedule.
- No refund for no-show or changes made after the event starts.
5. Reschedule & Substitution
- Rescheduling allowed before the event date only, subject to seat availability.
6. Upgrade Policy (Performance Incubation Program only)
- Customers upgrading to a higher-tier plan (e.g., from MX to 10MX) may receive expanded access rights.
- Access limit, fees, and entitlements are subject to vimigo’s newest subscription terms.
7. ADEV Ventures Sdn Bhd (vimigo) Rights
- vimigo reserves the right to make changes to event dates, facilitators, or content where necessary.
- All terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Chief VIMIGO Officer (CVO)
1. Eligibility
- This program is suitable for business owners’ core team members, key staff, or future leaders.
- Participants should commit to completing all sessions per level to ensure effective results.
2. Program Fee
- Normal price at RM 3,800 per participant per level; special offer to vimigo members at RM580 per participant per level.
- Fee includes coaching sessions, digital materials, access to CVO batches group chat, and implementation tools.
- Fully claimable under HRD Corp SBL-Khas Scheme (subject to company eligibility and claim approval).
3. Payment & Confirmation
- Full payment must be made before the program start date to secure a spot.
- Payment is non-refundable but transferable to another team member before starting the program. (with prior notice).
4. Rescheduling & Replacement
- Participants who miss a session may attend recorded replays or join the next cohort.
- Missed sessions will NOT be refunded or carried forward.
5. Certification
- Participants who complete all 3 levels’ sessions and submit required assignments will receive a Certificate of Completion during annual vimigo IIO Day on Jan 10 of the coming year.
6. Progression Between Levels
- Completion of Level 1 is required before enrolling in Level 2, and likewise for Level 3.
- Each level builds upon the prior stage for structured performance transformation.
- This program is designed in three progressive levels — each level prepares your team for the next.
- Level 1 helps your core team understand the foundation: how to set goals, link them to rewards, and align company, team, and personal objectives.
- Level 2 moves into real execution: your team will learn to operate the system hands-on, start internal launches, and build routines to drive performance.
- Level 3 focuses on mastery: how to continuously improve, analyze results, fine-tune strategies, and ensure long-term alignment and growth.
- By going through the levels in order, your team doesn’t just “use the system” — they own it. This ensures implementation isn’t one-time or surface-level, but becomes a sustainable way of working across the company.
7. Program Content
- vimigo reserves the right to update program content, schedule, or coaching team to reflect continuous improvement.
8. Conduct & Participation
- Active participation is expected. Disruptive behavior or misuse of coaching materials will result in dismissal without refund.
9. Data Usage
- By joining, participants agree to allow program-related photos, testimonials, and performance data (non-confidential) to be used for training and promotional purposes.
