Who should join the CVO program?
The person in your company who coordinates across departments and drives the work through to done — usually a department head, an operations lead or a trusted senior staff member.
They follow up with each owner, deal with what is stuck, and bring progress back to the owner for review.
What’s the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3?
Level 1 builds the foundation the CVO coordinates to — the 3-Win structure, goal alignment and the basic reward system.
Level 2 is hands-on — set up the system, launch it across the teams, start tracking, and follow up with each owner.
Level 3 keeps it running — bring progress and blockers back for review, improve, and sustain the performance culture.
Each level goes deeper; at every level the CVO’s job is the same: coordinate across departments and drive execution.

How are the coaching sessions conducted?
