Gather Cafe is a neighborhood Western dining brand.
Founded by Cliff Chong, who has 14 years of restaurant experience.
Starting from a single Western restaurant,
the brand has expanded to multiple outlets by 2025.
Sub-brands include Big Coconut Western and Small Coconut Western.
The goal is to turn Western food from an “occasional treat”
into a daily neighborhood favorite.
Brand concept: “Great Taste in the Neighborhood.”
Cliff comes from the F&B industry and loves good food.
He believes F&B should be simple and accessible.
In 2023, he fully implemented the vimigo system.
Facing intense competition, he believes only a system-driven culture can go further.
Within one year, Gather Cafe completed the upgrade
from human-based management to system-based management.
This enabled store expansion, profit growth,
and built a self-driven, aligned, and culture-based F&B team.
